1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your plan within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at office@velorastudio.in with your order details and we will process a full refund.
2. Credit Top-Up Refunds
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If you have not used the credits and believe there was an error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with transaction details.
