1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your plan within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at office@velorastudio.in with your order details and we will process a full refund.

2. Credit Top-Up Refunds

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If you have not used the credits and believe there was an error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with transaction details.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email: office@velorastudio.in
  • Subject: "Refund Request - [your registered email]"
  • Include: Razorpay/payment transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for refund
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window
  • Plans where more than 50% of credits have been consumed
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted plan purchases
