We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your full name, email address, password (hashed), and country. During payment, billing information is processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store raw card data. We also automatically collect standard device data (browser, OS), IP addresses, and interaction logs to monitor performance and prevent abuse.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the Velora video generation service
• Generate AI video content via integrated third-party AI models
• Process secure billing and subscription management through Razorpay
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations
• Improve platform performance metrics and user experience

We do not sell your personal data to any third-party marketing services.

Velora integrates with external AI providers to power its features:

• Google (Gemini) — AI script generation
• ElevenLabs — Premium voice synthesis
• Standard Voices — synthesis
• Third-party licensed media providers — Stock footage sourcing
• Kling / Wan / Veo 3 — AI video generation (paid plans)

Your topic inputs and scripts are sent to these providers solely to fulfill your video generation requests. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance obligations.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session (JWT token stored in localStorage). We do not use any aggressive cross-site tracking, advertising cookies, or sell behavioral data. We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand high-level usage patterns without identifying individuals.

Generated videos are stored on our servers and are subject to automatic deletion when your storage quota is full (oldest videos deleted first). Account data is retained until you request deletion.

You may request permanent account deletion and data erasure by emailing us at office@velorastudio.in. We will process your request within 30 days. Accounts flagged for Terms of Service violations may have certain data retained for legal and security records as permitted by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access — Request a copy of your data
• Right to Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure — Request account and data deletion
• Right to Portability — Export your data

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication with expiry, and server-side access controls. However, no system is 100% secure — please protect your account credentials.
